I arrived approx 30 minutes early as I was a new patient and anticipated the paperwork. I didn't have to wait very long. Dr. Rousso was engaging - went over medical history with me and asked detailed questions about why I was there and what lead me to my conclusions. Exam was thorough and everything was explained in detail. I would recommend Dr. Rousso to friends, and would return to his office if I have any more ENT concerns.

Saw Dr. Rousso because I could feel fluid swishing around in my sinuses and the other ENT I had seen did not make me feel confident that everything was OK. Dr. Rousso did a thorough exam and let me know that everything did in fact look good, but that i should use some nasal spray to help clear out the fluid i was feeling and that prescription medication was not necessary which I liked.

I really liked Dr. Rousso for a number of reasons: 1) He listened to the issues I was experiencing and the treatments that have been prescribed to me in the past. 2) He was attentive and had a great "bedside manner". I told him I did not like the way that my previous ENT used a scope along with a numbing nasal spray to look into my nose. Dr. Rousso suggested we try it without the spray and said that if I was in pain to just let him know and he would stop. The experience, although it will never be pleasant, was 100 times better than any other time I've had it done. 3) He took the time to give me specific instruction on how to use my treatment. 4) He made sure he gave me two viable prescription options in case my insurance didn't cover one of them as well as a coupon for the recommended option (again in case it wasn't covered).
